Factors beyond Self Clarity Guide’s control, such as mobile carrier network speed and internet performance, may impact the Self Clarity Guide Club service. Limitation of Liability:
Self Clarity Guide, including its officers, directors, employees, or agents, will not be liable to you for any damages resulting from your use of the Self Clarity Guide Club service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any disclaimer or limitation on damages or liability stated herein is prohibited by applicable law in a particular circumstance, Self Clarity Guide will be entitled to the maximum disclaimers and limitations on damages and liability available by such applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event will Self Clarity Guide be liable for any damages or liability arising from these terms of use or your use of the Self Clarity Guide Club service that exceeds US $500.

The applicable laws for all matters concerning this agreement, including its validity, interpretation, and performance, shall be those of the state of New York. Any disagreements arising from this agreement shall be resolved solely in the state and federal courts of New York, and you willingly acknowledge and accept their jurisdiction without any objections to the selected venue.
